The Skoda Enyaq iV is now available with a striking Crystal Face grille containing more than 130 LEDs for a head-turning effect
Skoda is now taking orders for a striking Crystal Face grille on its new Enyaq iV EV – a feature inspired by the original 2019 Skoda Vision iV concept car.
The Crystal Face Grille is made from more than 130 LEDs and is designed to complement the lighting effects of the clever full LED headlights.
Skoda says that functions include a distinctive animated function when owners both lock and unlock the Enyaq iV, which it calls the ‘coming/leaving home’ feature.
The LEDs are arranged into 18 vertical strips and a horizontal band. They run the full width of the grille frame, which itself is finished either in chrome or black.
It turns on when the headlights are activated – and actually helps illuminate the road ahead, along with the dipped beam lights.
Skoda’s offering it as part of the Light and View Plus package. This can be specified on all Enyaq iV 80 models, for £1,675 (reduced to £560 for the more well-equipped SportLine variants).
As well as the Crystal Face grille, the package brings full LED matrix beam headlights, full LED rear lights, headlight washers and ‘dynamic range’ main beam.
Prices for the Enyaq iV electric car range start from £31,995 with the Plug-in Car Grant discount, although if you want a variant with the Crystal Face option, you’ll be looking at closer to £40k…
